I go to a music school with a girl who’s a brilliant pianist (and she took guitar this year). One of our end of year assignments is to compose a song. She made one midway through the year for her grandmother’s passing in the piano, and she wrote another one about society and children for the end of the year on the guitar.
She kind of reminds me why I find music such a powerful tool....
